The Science behind it:
Soap molecules have both hydrophilic (water-loving) and hydrophobic (water-fearing) parts. Since fat and oil don't dissolve in water, and milk contains both fat and water, the soap breaks apart the fat molecules. This disrupts the mixture and sends the food coloring swirling in an explosion of color!
Try it with different types of milk or liquids to see how fat content affects the results. Let me know what you discover!
