About
Welcome to Trademadekids.com, where you can find opportunities for young minds to engage in science experiments, exciting projects, and enriching activities. Create a love for learning and exploration with children of all ages. Your kid could be the one to find cures for diseases, or life on the distant planets.

If you don't help them get there, who will?
If you are here, chances are you have met me and ridden with me in the skip! Or maybe you've met someone who has.
Our family has done almost all of the events, projects, museums, music, art: these are the experiences that helped get my kids where they are today.

Please share this website, and any activities you do with others, so that everyone can benefit! I will be updating the site on regular basis, so please email or text any comments, requests, or pictures of your kids doing great activities.

My name is Tina, and I work in the trades. I am not a engineer, and I am not a teacher. Currently, I am a equipment operator.
My background is in art and illustration: I've worked on projects for advertising, magazines, and books, and for many years, my family ran a business designing and fabricating custom furniture.

When my kids were young, our budget was tight, but I was determined to give them access to great educational opportunities. I searched constantly to find engaging, enriching experiences for them, and it paid off. They both thrived and are now attending amazing colleges across the country—one graduated from MIT studying Chemical Engineering and Biology and will be heading to a PhD, and the other is at WPI for Mechanical Engineering.

Their success made something clear: all kids deserve access to these kinds of opportunities. Kids can accomplish absolutely anything they set their minds to, but they need exposure to what's possible and the chance to explore their interests. They need to dream big and discover their potential.

That's why I'm sharing the resources I've found. I'll keep adding to these lists as I discover more. If you know of something great that should be included, or if you try any of these opportunities and want to share how they worked out, please reach out—I'd love to hear from you.
